Standalone Imaging Solution
A powerful image capture system lies at your fingertips. The HD408U's internal recording system allows you to capture 4K videos and photos up to 8MP with the click of a mouse. The camera can record to Secure Digital media or a USB flash drive, eliminating the need for a computer. Built-in software provides image processing and measurement tools for a complete standalone experience.
The camera uses a standard C-mount interface to connect to a wide range of microscopes and lenses. For microscopes with 23mm photo ports, you can pair the camera with an optional 0.5X reduction lens to optimize the field-of-view.
4X the Resolution of HD
4K UHD has 4 times the resolution of 1080p HD. The 2160p standard provides 3840x2160 pixels for sharper images with greater detail.
Stand-alone Mode
