The Higher the Magnification - The More Detail You'll See

Magnification is the ability of your microscope to make small objects seem larger. As the magnification increases the area being viewed will be decrease is size but the detail of the area being viewed will improve.

Amscope microscopes come with multiple magnifications to aid you in finding the proper magnification for viewing each specimen.

Camera Connection Types

When comparing 2.0 and 3.0 there are few major differences. First the transfer rates. USB 2.0 offers transfer rates of 480 Mbps and USB 3.0 offers transfer rates of 4.8 Gbps - that's 10 times faster.

Camera Resolution

The most important factor in ensuring successful microscopic imaging is choosing the appropriate optics and camera for your application that gives you more data and higher image quality. When selecting a microscope camera, it is best to base your decision on the most important requirements for your microscopic observation.

OMAX Digital Microscopes integrate advanced digital-imaging with precision optical-microscopy. Digital-integration promotes uniformity, and presents a simplified method for setting up and using microscopes.OMAX provides a large range of solutions for education, research, and industry. Building on industry standards, we provide a full range of accessories to suit your needs.
The OMAX MD82ES10 provides all of the essential functionality needed in the classroom or lab for common microscopy applications. The digitally-integrated head offers an amazing amount of flexibility, allowing for simultaneous viewing through the eyepieces and on a computer. A professional software platform for Windows is provided to capture photos and video, with editing tools to optimize images, and aid in analysis. The imaging process is further enhanced by achromatic color-corrected optics which provide sharp, clear images over a wide range of magnifications. Coaxial focus, and mechanical stage-movements provide precision and ease. The MD82E series microscope uses a binocular viewing head. To customize the microscope to your viewing comfort, the eyepiece spacing can be easily adjusted using a simple sliding mechanism. Diopters are available on each ocular tube to fine-tune the eyepieces, and the ocular tubes are angled at 45° to accommodate sitting or standing. Various eyepieces can be used to increase the overall optical magnification without changing the camera's magnification. The objective turret provides instant access to 4 magnification levels to easily focus in on minute details from 40X to 1000X. For traditional viewing, additional 20X eyepieces extend the maximum magnification to 2000X, and provides 8 distinct levels of magnification. The high-quality lenses are achromatically corrected to improve resolution and color accuracy. The 2-layer mechanical stage provides smooth and precise movement for examination of specimen slides. The stage's low-position controls are conveniently placed near the coaxial focus knobs for a streamlined workflow. Variable-intensity LED lighting offers bright, daylight-balanced illumination to produce high-contrast, color-correct images. 100 blank slides and cover slips are included to get things started. These pre-cleaned slides can be used for dry-mount or wet-mount with the included cover slips.
